@MyBMC @MyBMCWardD Belassis Flyover has marked-off lane. Bollards block vehicles & on footpath there’s ~3 ft wall, so pedestrians can’t access (without climbing). If it isn't to board/alight & no pedestrian access, what is use of this space? @MTPHereToHelp @MumbaiPolice
