Hospital, Mumbai-400 009 विषय: 288, यूसुफ मेहरअली रोड स्थित फुटपाथ की खराब स्थिति के संबंध में कड़ी शिकायत महोदय, सविनय निवेदन है कि मैं आपका ध्यान 288, यूसुफ मेहरअली रोड, मुंबई – 400003 स्थित Modern Watch Company से Ramchandra Watch Company के बीच के फुटपाथ की अत्यंत खराब स्थिति की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ। पिछले 3–4 महीनों से यह फुटपाथ BMC कर्मचारियों द्वारा खोदा गया था। केवल केबल डालने का कार्य किया गया, परंतु उसके बाद फुटपाथ को सही तरीके से पुनः निर्मित नहीं किया गया और उसे टूटी-फूटी एवं जर्जर अवस्था में ही छोड़ दिया गया है। इस लापरवाही के कारण: • आम नागरिकों को चलने में गंभीर असुविधा हो रही है • दुकानों पर आने वाले ग्राहकों को परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही है • विशेष रूप से वरिष्ठ नागरिकों एवं बच्चों के लिए यह अत्यंत खतरनाक स्थिति बन चुकी है • गिरने एवं दुर्घटना की संभावना लगातार बनी हुई है यदि इस कारण किसी नागरिक को चोट या नुकसान होता है, तो इसकी जिम्मेदारी किसकी होगी — यह एक गंभीर प्रश्न है। अतः आपसे कड़ी एवं तत्काल मांग की जाती है कि: • उक्त फुटपाथ की तुरंत मरम्मत एवं पुनर्निर्माण किया जाए • जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों/ठेकेदारों पर उचित कार्रवाई की जाए कृपया इस शिकायत को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जल्द से जल्द आवश्यक कार्यवाही करें, अन्यथा हमें उच्च अधिकारियों तक शिकायत पहुंचाने हेतु बाध्य होना पड़ेगा। धन्यवाद। Indian citizen alert 🇮🇳 @TawdeRitu @MCGM_BMC

६ महिन्यांच्या सततच्या पाठपुराव्यानंतरही @mybmcWardB वॉर्डातील इमारत व कारखाना विभागाकडून इमारतीच्या व्हरांड्याचे अवैधरित्या दुकानात रूपांतर केल्याबाबत ३५१(१A) अंतर्गत नोटीस बजावण्यात आली, मात्र अद्यापही कोणतीही पाडकामाची ठोस कारवाई करण्यात आलेली नाही. या प्रकरणात संबंधित अवैध बांधकामाला संरक्षण मिळत असल्याची गंभीर शंका निर्माण होत आहे. विशेषतः इमारत व कारखाना विभागाचे अभियंता श्री. शानफ यांची भूमिका संशयास्पद वाटत असून, इमारतीतील काही रहिवाशांमध्ये अशी चर्चा आहे की या प्रकरणात आर्थिक गैरव्यवहार (अंडर टेबल व्यवहार) झाला असावा? @mybmc प्रशासनाने या प्रकरणाची सखोल चौकशी करून दोषींवर कठोर कारवाई करावी, तसेच अवैध बांधकाम तात्काळ पाडून कायद्याचा योग्य अंमल करावा, ही सर्वसामान्य नागरिकांची ठाम मागणी आहे.
