@MumbaiRTO It’s often found that the bikes,share autos never follow the signal. especially the Swiggy,Zomato suppliers. Is it that these vehicles do not have signals? Also at Cigarette Factory junction there is no signal followed even by four wheelers .. there are no RTOs too
