Sir, क्या आप @mybmcWardKE के Bldg Prop और Fire अधिकारियों को कुछ बुनियादी इंजीनियरिंग सिद्धांत भी समझा सकते हैं? दो Part OC उन्हीं Refuge Areas के आधार पर जारी हुए, और बाद में उन्हीं को तोड़ने की अनुमति कैसे दे दी गई? यह कैसे संभव हुआ? क्या यही है “विकसित भारत”? नींव ही कमज़ोर है
Constuction approvals grantd wth illegality become a key source of illicit money for @mybmc — particularly in Fire & Bldg Proposal depts. I am yet to understand how a Fire Officer in @mybmcWardKE approvd demolition/deletion of refuge areas, based on which 2 Part OCs were issued
